School Maintenance FM Team

The FM Box School Maintenance System has been designed for school buildings as well as outside areas. The ambition of the system is to support the FM team in managing planned and reactive maintenance.

The system is web based which means you can access from any internet enabled device. The maintenance system provides Inventory and Asset management and tracking, a repository for equipment documentation such as wiring diagrams, suppliers info, service agreements and much more. We believe it can be an invaluable tool for the schools maintenance team as well as the finance team to track a range of costs.

School Maintenance Faculty Login

A Faculty login allows any member of staff to report a problem or action that needs to be addressed by the maintenance team, by inputting directly in to the system. The reported task is then presented to the FM team for processing and can be reviewed and actioned as required.

The faculty supporting the school maintenance team provides faster resolutions to issues, as a result helping to maintain high safety and compliance standards with real cost savings.
